Club teams coordinate registration with team representative.
Club teams must submit all registration forms for all team players as well as payment for the entire fee at one time.

Registration Deadline: On or before 1^st game is played.

Players can only be rostered on one team per division and play on the team which they are rostered. Goalies excepted.

Playoff Eligibility:  To qualify for playoffs, players must have played in at least 4 games.
